We offer an online store selling apparel, accessories and seasonal collections in the UDT Studio style. You may browse the catalogue, add products to your shopping cart, and complete an order through our secure Checkout process. This site is used for sales purposes only; we do not provide personal consulting or fitting services as part of the basic store.
Prices
- General: The prices displayed on the site are the final prices payable. The business is registered as an exempt dealer (osek patur), and therefore no VAT is charged on the products, and there are no additional costs that cannot be anticipated in advance.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during Checkout, before payment is completed. If you do not agree, you may cancel the order at no cost.
- Price changes: Prices may change. The price fixed at the time of ordering applies (provided that payment was completed successfully).
Payment
- Payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal through the payment processor Cardcom.
- Processing: All orders are processed through Cardcom only. If the payment is not secured with Cardcom, the order will be automatically voided.
- Receipt: Upon successful completion of the order, a receipt will be issued automatically and sent to the email address you provided. As an exempt dealer, we do not issue tax invoices and do not charge VAT.
